STORAGE CONTROLLER
Job Purpose:
To complete day-to-day distribution of fuel products in company depot/storage tank, with the aim to maintain continuity supply of fuel products to customers.


Qualification & Experience:
• Diploma/degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial) or Transportation.
• At least 2 years related experience in similar position in Depot/Storage Tank/Oil & Gas Company.
• Well versed with Custom Regulations of Chemical or Petroleum products.
• Well understand about distribution, transportation and custom clearance process and procedure.
• Proficient in MS Office. Additional knowledge in JD Edwards/Oracle Accounting System will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Job Location : Sumatera / Kalimantan


Key Responsibilities:
1. To coordinate and monitor the receiving of finish product from fuel cargo vessel at designated port/depot/storage tank/floating barge. Perform as Loading Master.
2. To conduct quantity and quality control during and after receiving fuel cargo vessel.
3. To monitor fuel inventories by conducting stock take in depot/storage tank/floating barge.
4. To dispatch products from depot/storage tank/floating barge to customers based on Delivery Notes. Liaise with transporters for delivery products based on the agreed schedule.
5. To conduct quantity and quality check/assurance before delivery to customers.
6. To coordinate custom clearance process in the designated ports to ensure the documents are compliance with government regulations.
7. To implement and sustain Human Secure & Safety Environments (HSSE) policies in all area.
8. To prepare and create weekly and monthly reports, such as delivery and stock take.
