Project Manager
(Selangor - Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

* Project Manager is the main Customer interface to Foxboro Sales and Project Management & Contract Dept.
* Manages the transition (within Foxboro) from Sales to Project Engineering, by conducting a transfer meeting with Systems Sales and Project Management & Contract Dept.
* Provide necessary project direction for planning, organizing, developing and integrating the engineering effort, including establishing the specific objectives, schedules, and budgets for the project
* Responsible to obtain approval from company management on the project budget allocation and project gross margin before starting the project.
* Responsible to ensure the financial aspects of the project is within the budgets allocated (agreed by company management ) to execute the project
* Provide technical leadership for analyzing and establishing requirements, preliminary designing, designing, and testing the project scope of supply
* Divide the work into discrete and clearly definable tasks. Assign tasks to technical personnel within the project organization
* Define, negotiate and allocate budgets and schedules according to specific tasks and overall project requirements
* Measure and control schedule, cost, and technical performance against project plan
* Report deviations from project scope
* Replan trade-off and redirect the development effort in case of contingencies such as best utilize the available resources toward overall project objectives
* Plan, maintain and utilize engineering facilities to meet the Project Management & Contract dept requirements
* Provide leadership and maintain effective communication in the project group
* Performs all work procedures in accordance with the Project Management & Contract Dept Best Practices, Engineering Dept Best Practises and company ISO Procedures Manual
* Perform any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Engineering (Mechanical)
*
Minimum 5 years experience in project management preferably in handling projects related to DCS in the oil and gas industry
* Those with sound knowledge in Foxboro DCS range of products will have extra advantage
* Mature and very dedicated to their work
* Command work with high integrity
* Able to travel
