Instrumentation and Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:-

Support I/E Maintenance Related Activities

• Liaise with Assets and Reliability Engineer to develop and manage PM's, PdM programs for critical I/E equipment. Analyze results and make recommendations.
• Troubleshooting: Coordinate between vendors & the asset team to solve complex problems
• Corrective Maintenance: Plan the procedures for overhauls & complex maintenance tasks, advise assets on overhaul schedules, liaise with vendors on technical issues, provide technical support for complex repairs
• Ensure consistency in I/E equipment management across all assets
• Support assets in performance monitoring and optimization of I/E equipment
• Manage contracts with I/E equipment vendors
• Recommend or Implement new I/E technology to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
• Support RCA's on I/E equipment as an SME
• Champion implementation of new Control System Integrity process

Operation execution and administration

• Develops, executes, and monitors key performance indicators related to I/E Maintenance for both external (contractors/ vendors) and internal (reliability, data integrity, spare parts, etc)
• Manages I/E Maintenance Contract and Contractor
• Ensure operations are conduct with highest work and safety standards i.e..I/E Safe Work Practice in relevant to MSW

Stakeholder management of the following groups

• ISA for alignment of new installation or project to ensure GOT consistency or optimization
• Field management for deployment for key operating practices and key performance indicators
• Base Business assistance to deployment or implementation of required processes such as SERIP, i-Field, etc
• REG sub teams in implementation of required processes such as RCA, Roadmap, CMMS, etc

Continuous Improvement

• Champion I/E Equipment database in order to drive consistency including lesson learned, etc
• Executes the improvement based upon clear demonstration of value impacts
• Set direction and implement plan to develop I/E Maintenance Philosophy

Qualification:-

• I/E Maintenance Knowledge - Candiddate should possees working tehcnical knowledge and experienced related to I/E mainteance activities and process especially those related to Oil & Gas Operation Industrial. The candidate also requires to have strong troubleshooting skill and skill require to recognized the synthom of the problem before it is worsen. Able to provide root cause or be productive member of the RCA team
• Operation Knowledge: - It is prefereable that the candidate has operational experience and familiar with O&G Operation in order to coordinate support services, activities or seek espertises to meet operational requirement and timeframe
• Communication/Team Work - Candidate should has strong self starter skill and able to lead or establish strong team work to tackle many of the chronic or on-going issues. Demonstrate well in stakeholders engagement in order to gain supports to achieve the required tasks.
• Business Understanding: Able to drive the direction of I/E Maintenance that meets Business needs or constrains (resources, priority, etc)
• Contract Adminstration Skill: Candidate should have direct experience controlling contract, manage contractual disagreement properly and demonstrate systematically control method (KPI, etc) and posses negotiating skill

Responsibilities :-
* Carry out reservoir engineering studies for supporting PTTEP’s operating asset, S1, e.g. field optimization, reservoir simulation, etc.
* Perform field evaluations for reserves improvement
* Lead reservoir engineers in preparing field development plans and related studies such as reservoir simulation for new and existing projects
* Optimize well planning in terms of pattern layouts, well spacing and drilling sequence
* Supervise and coach junior reservoir engineers in monitoring and optimizing production

Qualifications :-
* Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum/ Reservoir Engineering
* 15 years experience in reservoir engineering in E&P Industry
* 5 years experience in using black oil simulation, preferably Eclipse E100
* Has experience in managing waterflood project(s), preferably experience in clastic-reservoir onshore oil field
* Has experience in EOR project(s)
* Familiarize with artificial lift applications esp. Gas Lift, ESP and Bean Pump
* Has experience in managing team an coaching junior staff
* Has experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams
* Fluent in both spoken and written English
