Job description :
Ensure that rules applied to expatriates comply with Total Group regulation and French labour.
Socialize new rules to expatriates and ensure the acceptance.
Ensure mobilization and demobilization of expatriates and their families.
Handle and manage expatriate affairs (medical, payroll, timesheets, etc).
Coordinate with expat representatives and maintain good communication with internal and externmal parties.
Ensure to the safety and security of expat and families.
Supervise French school.

Required skills :

Education : Bachelor Degree (preferably in French Literature)
Experience : 5 years in Expatriate Administration
Good knowledge of French Law
Good capacity of diplomacy for dealing with expat and other entities
Proactive and anticipative
Customer service oriented


Skills :
Fluent in English & French (compulsory)
MS Office Applications
