Fleet Card Field Based Account Manager

Responsibilities:
As a Fleet Card Field Based Account Manager, you will be responsible for

· Delivering sales targets for the portfolio and contribute to team’s delivery of overall targets. Your individual KPIs consists of volume (new and existing customers), discounts and rebates.

· Acquiring new customers in the national fleet segment (medium to large) by taking responsibility for managing own prospect pipeline comprising centrally-provided and self-generated leads.

· Tracking your own progress and to manage independently all forms of contracts managements such as tenders. Excellent negotiation skills especially through Procurement pipelines which involved contracts management.

· Meeting own Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) objectives to support the business in achieving the overall HSSE goals.

· Managing a portfolio of existing customers seeking opportunities to increase sales volume and value.

· Developing and maintaining account plans for key customers. You will be required to follow a global credit policy and ensure that all elements of the credit policy are implemented and managed.

· Working closely and constructively with other members of the Fleet Sales Team to help build a winning team and deliver common goals.

· Acting as focal point for project or key initiatives for specific channels pipelines which involve liaising with various internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree required in any discipline

· Sales driven with lots of discipline, initiatives and drive to manage
assigned portfolio of customers independently

· Experience in working in a target driven environment, with at least 3
years ofexperience, ideally in B2B sales

· A valid driving license and excellent negotiation skills

· Strong ability to plan and manage key accounts, together with on-
going streamline activities, ensuring a broader perspective to the overall
Fleet Card business
