Kavaq Business Intelligence provides strategic business information in the form of professional trainings, conferences, summit and other business events. Since our inception in 2003, we have grown tremendously in revenue and have branches in Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai and the Philippines with a workforce of more than 100 people. Due to the explosive growth, we are looking to hire 3 Conference & Training Producers.

Conference & Training Producers (3 positions)
(Based in Kuala Lumpur)

This position involves comprehensive research on various business issues and coming up with a full line up of speakers and the conference brochure. You will be doing conferences/ trainings for Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, etc.

What you will be doing
* Research – to find out the feasibility of topics
* Phone interviews – you will be talking to industry leaders and convincing them to speak at your events.
* Copy write - You will have the full responsibility of copywriting of the training/conference brochure.
* Create new ideas – marketing channels, new topics, innovative operation processes
* Travel – You get to run your events in Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, UAE, where ever the event is scheduled to run


What you need to have
* 1 year experience as a conference producer(If no experience as conference producer, you need at least one year of commercial experience in Market Research/ Oil & Gas/ Publishing/ Journalism/ Sales & Marketing sector)
* Strong commercial and business acumen
* Excellent research and analytical skills
* Ability to make cold calls
* A degree in related field is a must and masters is encouraged
