E&P CAPITAL PROJECT ANALYST

Independent Project Analysis (IPA) is an international company specializing in analysis and benchmarking of capital projects performed by major processing industry companies. We have an opening in our Singapore office for an Exploration and Production (Upstream) Capital Project Analyst.

IPA's Singapore office has an opening for an analyst who can contribute to studying the factors that determine success in complex, technologically advanced projects in the Upstream Oil and Gas industries.

Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing project technical data, writing reports, giving client presentations, and working directly with capital project teams and project organizations to improve business competitiveness.

Analysts must have effective written and oral communication skills and the interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships at senior levels with client companies.

Applicants should have a Master's degree (or higher) or equivalent in engineering, science, operations research, economics or allied fields.

A fundamental understanding of petroleum geology and experience working in the upstream oil and gas industry are requirements for this position. Knowledge of drilling operations and well construction is preferred.

Applicants must be willing to travel extensively.
