Sr. Pipeline Engineer - PCT

Responsibilities:

* Knowledge of ANSI/ASME code B 31.8, “ Gas Transmission and Distribution Piping System “ and other relevant codes with specific experience in application and interpretation of the provision thereof.
* Possesses PL emergency repairs technique of gas/oil transmission pipeline involving work under pressure as well on off-line repairs.
* Knowledge of PL Defect Assesment Technique.

Requirements:

* S1 in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75. S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
* Minimum of 10 years diversified, experience at a responsible level in maintenance and construction of large diameter, high pressure on-shore oil and gas pipeline and support facilities, including workshop experience in metals and fitting.
* Minimum of 3 years related supervisory responsibility required.
* Familiar with PL Integrity Management, including on line inspection tecnique.
* Familiar with coating materials and Cathodic Protection system.
* Experience in design, construction and supervision of major on-shore pipeline projects within live high pressure pipeline rights of way.
* Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
* Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
* Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
* Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
* Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
