QHSE Manager


Responsibilities:

* Maintain all OSHA guideline statistics; input current safety information into proposals as required; update website for QHSE; maintain all safety statistics.
* Work with client QHSE representatives; legal interface and insurance interface as required.
* Responsible for ensuring that processes needed for the QHSE management system are established, implemented and maintained.
* Responsible for reporting to management on the performance of the QHSE management system and any need for improvement, including chairing monthly QHSE meetings and annual Management Reviews.
* Responsible for ensuring the promotion of awareness of safety requirements throughout the organization, through liaison with external parties on matters relating to QHSE management and through involvement in pre-qualifications, bids, contract reviews, project management and customer feedback analysis.
* Responsible for ensuring effective QHSE objectives and targets are set for the region which enforces company policy.
* Responsible for measurement and analysis of QHSE parameters and data required for effective continual improvement.
* Responsible for improving the safety culture within the organisation by using tools such as safety Initiatives, hazard hunts, mentoring, etc.
* Preparing, implementing and maintaining the company QHSE audit schedule and JSA audit schedule.
* Organise and maintain the site ERP procedures, drill and monitor and its effectiveness and improvements.
* Provide advice to management and supervision within the assigned assets or locations on QHSE regulatory compliance and applicable industry practices.
* First line in emergency response; lead in all accident reporting.
* Implementation and monitoring maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
* Reporting to management on the performance of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
* Advising the management and other requirements applicable to the company’s activities.
* Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in any field.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience, preferably in the marine / marine contracting / Oil and Gas Industry.
* Possess in-depth knowledge in ISO9001.
* Experienced in conducting internal audits/risk and workplace safety and health assessments.
* Registered Safety Officer with MOM.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good client management skills.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
* Full-Time positions available.
