You will provide leadership to field/block operations in the upstream business initiatives, growth and operations. Overall in charge of all matters related to Surface, Subsurface, General Affairs & Finance under the guidance of President Director. Protect the interest and right to the block or field. Oversee Company’s operations to achieve business objectives and schedule completion, efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Principal Duties & Responsibilities 1. Lead and manage the field/block on all core and non core activities 2. Supervise Surface Manager, Subsurface Manager, General Affairs Manager and Finance & Accounting Manager 3. Lead and drive all key activities & initiatives such as coordinating subsurface activities on GG&R studies, drilling campaign, workover & well reentry and intervention, surface activities on field management (operation, production & maintenance), process & facilities engineering and HSE, QA/QC & security matter, spearhead full field review and further field development plan, responsible for WP&B and AFEs submission and approval, exploration & production period (or PSC) extension 4. Coordinate and submit surveillance report on field/block activities & planning to Pertamina and/or BPMigas regularly (e.g. monthly or quarterly) 5. Establish and enhance strong relationship with all level of government officials, especially at Pertamina and BPMigas 6. Champion and provide the strategic leadership to grow and enhance the organizational capabilities as well as capacity to execute the strategies to achieve the business objectives Education/Experience 1. A well rounded OIL & GAS surface or subsurface expertise with a multi-disciplinary background is a MUST, with extensive managerial and technical experience 2. Bachelor degree or higher in Geology, Geophysics or Engineering 3. Minimum 20 years of work experience with a strong operating company 4. Strong in-depth oil & gas due diligence, developmental, technical and operational exposure 5. Effective motivational leader who is results-oriented, meticulous, resourceful, performance driven and customer focused 6. High energy team leader with a sense of drive & urgency, creativity, decisiveness and ability to excel under pressure 7. Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills with key government officials, professional personnel, senior executives and the community at large 8.
